SHIFT HAPPENS

For those of us waiting “patiently” for the next quantum shift of consciousness to leap us into ascension and feeling as though nothing is happening, don’t despair. Much is written about the different energies and planetary alignments we are experiencing. We are expecting the next “big bang” to catapult us into higher consciousness. While we may feel sensitive to the energies and we are all becoming much more sensitized to the very air we breathe, much in our lives has not changed as we would like it to be or the process seems to be dragging on endlessly.

We are being called to open our hearts and minds to release the beliefs we are holding as to how the ascension process works for it is not a steadfast inflexible process, rather it is more like a trickle of water which follows the path of least resistance. – It can be different for each one of us so that we may experience the greatest soul growth during the process.

The shift happens Breath by breath. As we turn our thoughts words and feelings into oneness, unity consciousness, compassion and unconditional love, we are breathing the very essence of God into our beings.

We are breathing quantum changes and shifts into our multidimensionality; however the changes are as subtle as a single breath to our consciousness.

By consciously breathing the aspects, blessings and dispensations of ascension, it will allow us to move through the process, move through our heightened sensitivity to the chaotic energies that surround us and release the lower frequencies we may be holding; as well as integrate the energies of greater consciousness. The shift is happening breath by breath. As we breathe ascension consciousness, it becomes more and more embedded in our genetic imprinting until it envelops our entire being.


We should also breathe in each other. By doing so and by breathing in nature, it will serve as our very sustenance. That which is also known as Living on Light. This is what will bring more love and light frequencies into our physical and subtle bodies, create permanent change to our vibration and resonance to live in a dimension of expanded consciousness.

We will begin to see ourselves mastering higher consciousness in what may seem to be small areas in our lives until all the dots are connected and we just are the embodiment of full consciousness walking through the world with our hearts fully open in unconditional love.

Personally, I am now an ascended master on the 1/2 mile trip to the grocery store (on most days). I have not yet, however learned how to love someone that leaves their cart in the middle of the aisle at the supermarket, so I guess I have a wee bit more breathing to do…….

So, rather than waiting for “the shift”, we are called to breathe the shift into our lives.

On another note, we are now in the astrological sign of Sagittarius ruled by Jupiter. Whether this is your sun sign or not, ask Jupiter to share all of the higher aspects attributed to this sign. This is how we connect with the higher consciousness of this planet who is achingly longing to share its gifts and love with us. As the Archer this is the sign that teaches us to aim for the stars and fulfill our wildest dreams. Call on Jupiter to guide you to manifest that which is most alluring to the fulfillment of your spirit, soul and body.

We will also soon be celebrating the solstice –

Solstice = Light
Light = Wisdom
Wisdom = Truth
Truth = The Word of God

A reminder that everything that comes from our lips is the Word of God – hold this consciousness to bring us to an even more exalted level of honesty and integrity so we may breathe our way effortlessly in oneness.

Fly Me To The Moon...........Quick

Fly me to the moon and let me play among the stars. Let me see what Love is like on Jupiter and Mars. In other words, GET ME OUTTA HERE……

Well maybe not quite how the song goes, but there may be others who share that sentiment!

Anyone else feeling like navigating our way through the “ascension” process is a bit trickier than we thought it would be?

And, most likely, things will continue to be just as challenging as they seem to be.

So we now look to the planets and the stars to guide our way. They have so much to share with us to help us RE MEMBER ourselves. They ask us to remember our perfection and that the only healing we need to receive is to embrace the parts of ourselves that we’ve shut down due to painful experiences of our souls’ entire existence.

Yes, we are perfect and yes, we have all shut down parts of our self.
We are now being called to connect to the star systems from which we all have come so that we may love, heal, merge and integrate the aspects that we have banished from our being for fear of being punished. If we do not do this, we will continue to punish ourselves. Our starry nature holds many gifts as well as much love, compassion and wisdom. As we merge more and more with these expressions of ourselves, our creativity and ability to manifest will grow exponentially.

As we do this consciously, we will begin to fully meet ourselves, when we fully meet ourselves, we are able to experience divine union with God.

Ascension is our shifting our consciousness to the fifth dimension. We do this when we are fully merged with our whole being and we walk through the world with our hearts wide open in sacred union with All That Is.

Consider joining or forming a group to facilitate this process. It is only through group work that we finally lose our perception of separation from God. As each one in the group reflects aspects of ourselves that we are integrating, and it allows us to begin to trust the process again.

Working in group consciousness allows a stronger RE MEMBERING to take place, is much more powerful than anything we would be able to accomplish alone and is critical in our moving through any consciousness of separation we may be holding.

For those of us wanting to run kicking and screaming from groups……TRUST that you will not be hurt or persecuted. You are being called to let go of all that has caused you so much pain so you may be filled with joy, love, compassion and grace. Let’s not underestimate what we are creating. It is monumental and we need to honor our bravery and courage for answering the call to be co-creators of an amazing new world.


So, fly to the moon, play among the stars, REMEMBER what love is like on Jupiter and Mars so we can fully share our love on and with Mother/Father Earth
In other words, hold my heart in group consciousness.
Fill your heart with song so we may sing forevermore.
We are all we long for all we worship and adore.
In other words please be true to your divinity.
In other words I LOVE YOU!

Blinded by the Light

The summer solstice on Sunday and the new moon on Monday have swept in many new frequencies and codes. In the process, a huge veil of illusion has been lifted and swept away in relation to facing our TRUTH.

Like looking directly into the sun and being blinded by its light, the light of the truth will be blindingly in our face until we adjust our eyes and our sense of knowing our own truth to see the reality of the truth in front of us. This will affect every aspect, situation and person in our lives.

It is in our highest interest to look very closely at EVERYTHING that is put in front of us and ask for the highest truth and intention to be shown to us.

If we are hiding any aspects of ourselves, including our RADIANCE, there will nowhere to hide it. The TRUE colors of the people in our lives will be shown to us beyond a shadow of a doubt as painful and glorious as that is. We will no longer be able to make excuses for behavior that does not resonate with our truth and try to make those situations or relationships work. We will not be able to deny the reality of that which will be shown to us as a gift, allowing us to release anything that will not match our ascending frequency and consciousness.

We can see how this will also affect us globally as all that does not stand in truth and integrity will continue to destroy itself.

This is the TRUTH that will set us free, our truth. It is part of the ascension process in that through our free will we are all finding the right and perfect path to ascension for the enlightenment of our soul.

Some of us want to move full speed ahead to full consciousness and ascension, (we’re the ones standing at the elevator doors constantly pushing the “up” button in hopes we can make the car move faster (we can’t) while other souls will need to continue to experience duality. Both are perfect. However, it will begin to create a greater chasm between those choosing full consciousness and those wanting to continue experiencing the consciousness of duality.

We will begin to experience in a very real and tangible way what it is like to “walk between worlds”. We will be around those who resonate with us and with whom we open our hearts completely, and feel the difference the moment we find ourselves in lower frequencies. A key to moving through this process is to continue to keep our hearts open no matter which world we are moving through to fully transcend any energy of duality such as fear, jealousy, greed, etc.

As we honor and are more comfortably with expressing our truth, we will also release all energies of judgment, because we know who we are and what we are doing is so right for us, we no longer need to judge or doubt ourselves – that will eliminate our perception of being judged by others creating an even greater sense of freedom and liberation to express our sovereignty.

We are all being called to know our truth deeply, stand in our truth with the highest integrity and marry it to humility.

Fear of Ascending?

All this talk about ascension – again, like graduation, we can’t wait to get there, but what happens AFTER? This thought, may be playing on us consciously or unconsciously as we try so hard to stay on “track” to accomplish full consciousness never quite sure if we’re doing enough, or doing the right thing or not fully healing our karma wounds, etc. and if it will REALLY ever happen.

What if it does? We know the soul is eternal, so do we have to do this again, someplace else? I couldn’t even allow THAT thought into my consciousness. How many times have any of us said “I’m not doing this again”. And therein lies a stumbling block.

When we say something 3 times or more, we create a soul oath, vow or agreement. If we’ve created one based on our future incarnations, we are hindering and limiting ourselves to achieve the fullest potential of our soul and hindering our ability to achieve full consciousness in this lifetime, because we haven’t been able to connect with the next step for our soul’s growth.

The time is NOW to break that agreement to serve as a catalyst for our ascension and full consciousness process. Allow yourself to fully immerse your consciousness in your new life here in this lifetime and open yourself to receive understandings of how huge what we are doing really is and how it will affect all of our future lifetimes – Lifetimes we can’t wait to get to as much as we can’t wait to get out of this one!

Here’s the version I’ve used to break the agreements I’ve made, you are welcome use this or come up with whatever you’re guided to. Say it aloud three times:


By Divine Decree in the name of the God Presence, I AM,and under the laws of Grace, Love, Karma, Harmony, Peace and Freedom, we now break all vows, oaths and agreements we may have made across all time space and dimensions to never again incarnate in human form for fear of being re-incarnated on a planet of duality to continually heal and release old wounding and karma. We ask that all veils of illusion, wounding and karma be fully released so that we may move through the ascension process in this lifetime, through this physical body, gracefully, lovingly and joyfully.

We now honor our free will as one with divine will and joyfully acknowledge that we WILL create all future lifetimes as fully ascended beings to share our gifts freely and experience full consciousness, abundance, prosperity and infinite love in human form.

So be it and so it is!

Congratulations, Class of 2009

Graduation – A bittersweet ending saying good-bye to loving and trusted friends and welcoming scary new beginnings. Leaping (or in some cases, being pulled kicking and screaming) into the new and unknown with exciting and infinite possibilities.

Much is being written about the new energies of June and how we will be affected.

Yes, WE are graduating in June, the traditional month of graduations. And, while we can’t get to our next step fast enough, we may experience some things and not understand why. Anxiety is fairly common and to be expected, but along with the anxiety is a deep melancholy for all we believe we are “leaving behind” mostly because we haven’t really seen the new lives we’ve been creating with our higher selves.

That which is causing the most angst and sadness is that we have a sense, consciously or sub-consciously that we are saying good-bye to those that have served as our angels and spirit guides throughout our lives.

We have all wondered at some point in our life; where are “they” and feeling as though we’re all alone and perhaps “they” don’t really exist. We now understand the deep sense of loss and grief not having them in our lives as we sense their energy separating from ours.

There are probably very few of us who feel ready to venture on without “them” and are experiencing separation anxiety and don’t understand why they have to leave.

As we open our hearts and expand our consciousness to the ascension process we will understand “they” are leaving their current roles because….WE ARE THEM!!

Moving more deeply into unity consciousness, we need to fully integrate all aspects of our higher selves that have served us multi-dimensionally as guides in spirit form. In truth, “they” are not “going” anywhere. As our consciousness develops, we will know ourselves as the Angels, Archangels and Masters that is our Divine Heritage.

True to the saying everything we need and need to know already exists inside of us, this is part of the process of bringing us to full consciousness with our Divine Presence and higher spiritual bodies.

Spend some time in meditation calling to all aspects of your being to be fully healed and integrated into your physical body. As we become ONE with Ourselves, we become ONE with the Universe and ONE with God.

Congratulations, class of 2009! You’ve worked hard for this. The future is yours to create with infinite possibilities in UNITY with the ALL THAT IS!

Confessions of a Former "Bridge Jumper"

Last week I took my dog, Magic to the park for a walk. On our back, I decided to go through the woods to get back to where the car was parked.

I had walked this way many times in the past with my previous dog, Lucky. - It is neither a large area nor a large expanse of woods. The path however, was fairly overgrown and it was not all that CLEAR to me which way to go – we walked deeper into the woods and the path wasn’t getting any clearer. I got completely turned around and at one point crossed over a little creek - there was hardly a path to follow and the brush was about up to my knees. I eventually found an opening and saw that I was on the WRONG SIDE OF THE LAKE from where my car was. The little creek that I went over expanded so that there was no way to get across from where I was. I began to get upset, all the while thinking - there's got to be an easy way out of this. I decided to walk just a bit further to see if I had any other options rather than going back the way we came. The ground was muddy/mucky - my foot slipped and I fell forward on some rocks hitting my nose - resulting in a bloody nose and I wasn't sure if it was broken. I laid there praying to God, my guides and angels to please help me find my way out of where I was. I felt completely abandoned.

I ended up walking to a recycling center just outside of the wooded area. I am still on the wrong side of the lake. Walking back to my car through the woods was not an option and if I walked back by the road it would have been about a 3 mile walk - I wasn't up for either.

So here I am with blood on my face and splattered on my t-shirt with my dog on a leash. There were a lot of people at the center dropping off clothes in bins, putting free mulch and top soil in their car, etc. I was certain someone would help me. No one "rushed" to my aid and I knew I would have to "ask for help"

I asked one man in a truck if he knew how to get back to my section of the park through the woods. He told me he wasn't from around here, didn't have a clue and drove off.

I went over to a young man who worked at the center. He said there was a bridge to get back but it was about a mile into the woods and the water was pretty high. He wasn't sure I would be able to get back that way. He did offer to call an ambulance for me if I needed it, and would have liked to help me, but he was working.

I went over to a woman putting clothes in a bin. I said excuse me - and she immediately yelled “Get your dog away from me, keep your dog to yourself I'm afraid of dogs”. I apologized and walked in another direction.

There was a man shoveling mulch into buckets and putting it into his car - he looked at me and turned away (did I mention I had blood splattered on my t-shirt and my face?)

I walked over to a woman who was shoveling mulch into buckets and putting it in the back of her car. She was with a man who was about in his 70s. I came around to the side of the car and she said "What happened to you"? I told her I got turned around walking in the woods and had a bad fall. I asked if she would consider giving me a ride to my car as I didn't think I could walk back.

She was not happy - she put her buckets in her car, slammed the back door shut with a Hrmph! She opened the back door of her car and said she wasn't sure if she had room in the back seat for me. The man she was with chimed in and said maybe this other guy has more room for you in his car (this was the man who already looked at me and turned away).

I was able to get in the car (there was plenty of room) and she drove me back to my car. I expressed my gratitude many times in the 10 minute ride and never once was my gratitude acknowledged.

Needless to say, I was completely shook up and felt that I was out of my body in another dimension.

When I got home I lovingly received and "emergency" healing session from an earth angel. She didn't think the nose was broken, but my energy field was horrible - she likened it to walking into a hornets nest - 20% of the muck was mine 80% was from the environment.

Of course, all the while I'm trying to figure out why this is happening, what is the "lesson" what do I need to learn.

Once the healing was completed, I was able to see myself walking in the park on the path and I got a piece of the puzzle:

I WENT OFF THE PATH - my sense was not that I did something wrong, rather it was every lifetime I curled up and died and every time in this THIS Lifetime that I considered it or considered quitting “spiritual school” and just giving up. For I was shown that if I do make that choice - what I experienced is the world that is waiting for me - the RECYCLING Center (the fact that I ended up in a recycling center was pointed out to me by yet another earth angel in my life).

At the recycling center I saw aspects of myself that I know I need to release - the fearful me - that is not able to see beyond that fear and is paralyzing; the me that is too busy thinking that I'm "doing my work" and not sharing my heart with others; the me that ignores the opportunity to bring love to that which is in front of me and the me that feels put upon and OK, I'm supposed to be doing this work for everyone else's benefit, but where's my piece of the pie; focusing on what I don't have, what I think I want and not being grateful for my life.

So, my choice is to STAY ON THE PATH of Ascension to the fifth dimensional reality or QUIT and stay in 3rd dimensional consciousness and continue on the hamster wheel of the RECYCLING Center. It was also clear to me that when we think OLD stuff is coming up AGAIN, we need to stop and release anything we may be doing that makes the stuff CURRENT - are we still creating old patterns??????

Okay, onWORDs with the story - When I fell, I hit the BRIDGE of my NOSE - one of my earth angel friends also gave me the insight of the NOSE KNOWS which brings me to the rest of the lesson - and that is the concept that many of us here are BRIDGES. Our work is to help people go from one reality to the next and we resent the hell out of it - we feel we are being walked over, and others are moving forward while we are staying still. So while in the shower this morning I got a bit more insight on bridges:

They are much larger, stronger, fortified and complex in the structure and engineering than any of the vehicles they carry.

There are fewer bridges than vehicles and it is the ONLY WAY for vehicles to get from point a to point b. They are an integral part of providing a way for people to get to where they need or want to go (in our case, helping people shift their consciousness so they may move forward in this physical world).

Not every vehicle can be a bridge - many times we joke about the fact that we signed up for this. It is my very strong sense that we were CHOSEN for this and that through our free will we said yes. When we look at this from the higher dimension we can see the honor and gift we were given to serve in this capacity. We are amazing and should hold nothing but honor and love for ourselves. We are bridges from higher dimensions. We are always being expanded so that we may continue to bridge consciousness as humanity continually evolves. In other words we have non-physical beings that are bridges for us. (That’s our piece of the pie)

The other thing about bridges is that they are firmly anchored on either end but need ALOT OF SUPPORT IN THE MIDDLE - which is why we need to hold on to each other and work with our middle chakras - base, sacral, hara, solar plexus and of course the heart!

- My prayer is that we never falter off the path and that the path we walk to full consciousness is smooth and filled with Love, Grace and Gratitude.

A POWER TOOL for FATHERS DAY

June 21, 2009 marks Father’s Day and the summer solstice in our part of the world.

We will celebrate Our Fathers and also celebrate the solstice; the longest day of the year, the day we have the most sunlight. Interestingly, the energy of the sun is considered masculine which makes this the perfect day for a third celebration!

This year, we will also celebrate that Mother Earth, as part of her ascension process will receive The Divine Masculine Codes on this day!

As she receives and integrates these codes, so will we. Okay so maybe that makes four celebrations…..

Much attention has been required and paid to resurrecting the Divine Feminine aspect over the past several years. We are now entering the phase of re-integrating the Divine Masculine.

As with most “celebrations” they are usually surrounded by an initiation or two. As we get closer to the solstice and begin to feel the new frequency and vibration of these codes we may begin or have already begun to experience some unusual and unsettling feelings or emotions surrounding this event.

We all have male and female aspects and we will all be affected, however, the changes will be felt more profoundly for those incarnated in a male body. We may feel as though we are having and “identity crisis” as much of what resonated with us or our way of approaching situations in our life will no longer make sense to us, but we’re not really sure what to do about it. Or, we may experience the “identity crisis” in our relationships – it may feel as though our relationships are being turned upside down and inside out. We may be thinking “Who is this person and what did you do with my husband/wife?”

The old archetype for males to “support” their families relates not only to financial support but to be the “foundation” for their families to grow. To do this, they suppressed much of their feminine aspect and “forged ahead” to provide safety and security for their families. This was mostly done through their masculine “ego” energy; rather than their masculine “divine” energy.

Men may be feeling panic, like their world is crumbling around them. It is! That which supported them is undergoing a major transformation, so they feel as though there is no solid surface beneath them and they will need new tools to create their lives in this new world. Men are also beginning to feel all of those emotions that were suppressed as our male energy is being pushed to release more of its ego self and undergoing an enormous consciousness shift. For many men, this is a completely foreign and scary experience and they are very unsure of how to navigate their way through this process.

Know that as this process completes, it will create infinite more harmony within us, within our relationships and on the planet. It will help fill in the chasm between divine female and divine male consciousness.

For those wanting to experience Divine Union, this is very exciting. As the codes are received and integrated, it will be easier to connect with the consciousness of your perfect mate, like a missing puzzle piece being filled in. It will facilitate your ability to tap into the Laws of Attraction as you will now be on the same “wavelength”.

For those in a relationship, know that it is being completely recalibrated. Your relationship as you knew it may never be the same. We need to be very gentle with each other as we learn to re-create this relationship from an expanded consciousness which will be more gratifying and fulfilling.

For those not really sure about their relationship, the most important thing to do at this time, is to ask that any soul agreements with your partner are completed. Ask the Karmic Board for absolution, dispensation and healing of any karma between you so the relationship may move forward in whatever direction will serve the highest purpose of both of you; and so you do not repeat the karmic pattern with this person or in a new relationship. It is also helpful for all of us to do this with any past relationship(s).

Additionally, the Divine Masculine energy is chock full with MANIFESTATION ENERGY!!!!!!!! Which should help move things forward and allow us to manifest our creations and hearts desire more easily (really good news for those of us barely able to manifest a bm recently)

Consider having a sacred ceremony on the 21st to honor the Divine Masculine and ask for you and loved ones to consciously receive the Divine Masculine codes with Ease and Grace. Ask that they be aligned activated and integrated in perfect harmony with MOTHER/FATHER earth. Be sure to space clear inside and out. It is important to release as much as possible to receive as much as possible.

Open your hearts to receive this POWER Tool as we allow this transformation to fully manifest our Divine Presence in physical form.
