We’ve been hearing for awhile now about all that has expired leaving, how we are in a process of purging and clearing out and how we have to let go of it all before we can be aligned and begin our new lives.
This has put many of us in a state of suspended animation. Can’t start my new life yet, guess I haven’t purged enough or guess I’m not letting go enough, or guess there’s still something that I’m not paying enough attention to. Will I ever get to start my new life? Will everybody else start their new life but ME???????????????????????????? And of course, WHEN is my new life going to start already.
May I gently suggest a shift in consciousness to consider that our new life begins in every new moment with every inhale and our old life ends in every other moment with each exhale.
We are completing our old lives as we breathe out and release from our consciousness that which no longer serves the life we are creating with our next inhale. It is all happening with beautifully orchestrated synchronicity of our own choices, our own doing and our own being.
To know that we are releasing and creating in every moment does help us to stay in the flow of creation rather than suspended animation or feeling as though we have to wait for something (big) to happen for our “new lives” to kick in.
To hold the consciousness of constant and continual endings and beginnings, even if it is only that moment or that breath that has begun and ended, deeply connects us with our eternal nature. This is the language that our soul and our spirit understand and completely respond to.
We are already in our new lives as we continue to let go of our old lives. It is important to understand that creating a life is not a small or easy task. To create as fifth dimensional beings requires us to balance being and doing. Being allows us to be in a state of receptivity to receive guidance and wisdom so we know what to do when we are pulsed to the doing part which is followed by another being state allowing the time and space to receive more guidance. This is divine timing and assures the highest outcomes.
In creating these amazing lives, every being and doing state is building the infrastructure for the life we are creating. While we may be able to manifest a step or part of this life instantaneously, the life itself is a constant and continual process – again the eternity of our soul. No beginning and no ending, just begendings and we are best served when we honor the steps.
Now, having said all that, certainly some inhales are more like a big yawn and some exhales are more like we’ve been sucker punched in the gut and the wind is completely knocked out of us (who can relate to that?). In the latter state we don’t know how to take that next breath or even if it will come. It’s a good guess that while the big inhales bring us a much needed infusion of oxygen and motivate us to move forward and “do” the “can’t breathe” state should definitely be considered a “being” state. (Like we have a choice : } )
While it may feel as though nothing is happening during this time, higher aspects of your being may be putting some infrastructure in place for you, and the planets and star systems are aligning to bring energy and information that will make your next step easier. At the risk of sounding like a broken record (because we’ve all heard this ad nauseam), the next breath comes with surrender, gratitude and dare I say forgiveness.
The inhales; creation and exhales; endings also share the vibrations of the emotions of Joy and Grief. Both of these emotions are the same vibrationally as they serve as catalysts to deeply and profoundly open our hearts. They are however opposites energetically. Joy energizes us, expands us and pulses us to be out in the world. Grief brings us to a deep place of introspection and needing time to withdraw.
We are called to honor all beginnings and endings, all Joy (Rebirth) and Grief (Death) in whatever way is best for us. As we do so, we are that much more prepared for the next set of begendings and we see our lives as a continual creation. We can see each beginning and ending as a series of experiences.
When we choose to no longer participate in a particular experience even though it may be painful, we are making the choice for the growth and evolution of our soul. All we experience is part of us eternally. We may have chosen to complete a particular experience but there really is no “end” to it. This mastery brings us out of separation and duality into unity and oneness with All That Is.
We are illumined with higher truths and deeper understandings of all that we choose to experience and how it serves us. We come to know that grief, death or ending also brings celebration, joy of completion, and room for new experiences, erasing the energetic chasm between joy and grief.
New experiences to continually create a new life with every new breath; to change and grow as our spirit and soul are eternally growing and evolving.
And so, as 2010 ends at 12:00:00 and 2011 begins at 12:00:01, may you find peace, love, joy and comfort in all of your begendings.

FILL 'ER UP - FULL SERVE OR SELF-SERVE???
For those of us jumping and skipping our way along the spiritual path, we learn that our quest brings us to meet all aspects of ourselves.
We are all acutely aware of the challenge in meeting those parts of ourselves that we’d rather not acknowledge, never mind LOVE. We do our best so that we may grow in love, open our gifts and follow the path of service.
So, let me get this straight: I need to look at ALL parts of myself (yikes) embrace them, and love them so I can be of service?
That immediately triggers serving others, being in servitude, putting others before ourselves, believing that we need to practice self sacrifice to be of service to others on and on and on an on, with no pay off. (I need to take a nap).
The truth of the matter is that our responsibility is self service. When we love ourselves, or bring love to parts of ourselves that we’ve abandoned along our path of creation, we begin to open aspects of ourselves we’ve hidden or closed down. We’ve created hidden treasures within the depths of our being. As we bring more love to ourselves, we also allow ourselves to receive love from other beings, physical and non-physical. The more we are able to do this and open the gifts and treasures we’ve buried; we enter into a natural state of sharing (not serving) with others who resonate with our self love. The greatest gift we can share with another is to love ourselves so very very much that that love radiates to those around us and inspires them to love themselves more and more and more.
There is no difference – Self Serve is Full Serve in its most divine and magnificent form!
As simple as it sounds (we all know that simple, isn’t easy). It comes down to a deep rooted belief held by humanity that at the very core of our being we believe we are not innocent, pure and divine. While we may pay lip service to ourselves (affirmations) of our divinity, we don’t really believe it or we wouldn’t be trying so hard to heal ourselves, be of service or otherwise climb the spiritual ladder which feels much more like running on a hamster wheel than climbing a ladder. We are being called to bring this belief forward. It is shown to me as a huge black spot right in the solar plexus and when I look at it, I shudder and can’t imagine going near it. It is that powerful and all-encompassing. To think that this is held by the collective brings a greater depth of understanding of the pain and scars we are all carrying from cosmic and karmic manipulation that has held us in lack and limitation for eons.
Bring this into your consciousness, your group consciousness and cosmic consciousness which is all aspects of you through all time space and all dimensions. Meet it with your God consciousness. Ask for this to be taken from you, for the veils to be lifted and for the Grace of God/Goddess for ourselves and all of humanity holding this within them.
It may feel heavy at the beginning as it is a belief held by the collective consciousness, but as it is lifted from us, (don’t forget to ask for help) it will feel lighter. The more we are able to release it the more love we are able to bring to ourselves and the more radiant we become, until we are filled with joy, celebration, freedom and bliss. Allow yourself to be filled up and fully served.
Take some time to appreciate all that you have accomplished as a body soul and spirit throughout time and space. We are quite remarkable. Be at comfort and at ease with where you are right now.
When we honor where we are at any given moment, it brings us into the flow of creation. We cannot create when we are projecting into the future or living in the past.
This is part of our training to manifest and create as fifth dimensional beings. We can only create it in the here and now, so that is where we need to be. This also brings us into the balance between doing and being.
Another key that I’ve been gifted with has to do with merging our Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine aspects. I know it’s coming up for all of us in a big way.
Whatever conflicts or slights (perceived or real) that you are experiencing with others are issues held within your masculine or feminine aspects. Instead of energizing the conflict, try bringing understanding and compassion to yourself and ask for mergence and harmony from the masculine and feminine aspects within you. You will be gifted with a deeper understanding and knowing of the conflicts within yourself that may not allow you to create your heart dreams. Do not attach any right or wrong, just let each part of you express its perspective and honor the feelings, emotions and thoughts that arise. This practice trains us to honor ourselves and honor all that we are without judgment. As we continue to do this, these aspects will not feel the need to defend their position and will be more willing to blend and harmonize and fully merge. For it is that when the Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine are merged in trust, love, harmony and peace; it will birth the Divine Child within us. The holy family, the holy trinity, the Holy Spirit will flood our being.
Giving birth to the divine child within us, also brings us into the flow of creation. It allows us to create with our imagination, our wonderment, our innocence. It fully releases any belief of who we are or who we are not and replaces it with the absolute knowing of absolute love, which is exactly who we are. We are being called to empower the child within us for the creations of the child are pure and without self judgment.
We know that our ascension is nothing more than a shift in our own consciousness. Self service and birthing the Divine Child are keys that will assist in that shift and thereby serve all of humanity!

A Universal Message of Love to All Humanity from God Presence
Beloved, never doubt our connection. I AM reflected to you in all that catches your attention. The trees, the flowers, the grass, animals and your brothers and sisters.
Know this connection is true and strong and real with EVERYTHING you see and you will feel the embodiment of our oneness, of our consumate love for one another. It will grow stronger in your awareness until you rest in complete comfort in the knowingness of our oneness.
This is the truth for you beloved, through all eternity.
The Law of Reflection exists so that we may all see our own divinity and that eternal love in everything we perceive with our open hearts. See beyond your physical eyes with your heart and you will always see Divine Presence looking back at you.
For it is the highest expression of our magnificence when we share our oneness with all our brothers and sisters.

It is my breath that fills your senses through the flowers in nature

Hide and Seek - An Ascension Path
Our physical and spiritual experience is an expression of our consciousness. Our consciousness is an expression of all that we have observed, learned and integrated in our existence, along with that which our soul has chosen to experience for its highest growth.
When we embark on a spiritual path, what we are asking of the universe is to “meet ourselves”. As we meet ourselves, we bring parts of ourselves that have been either buried or detached from our consciousness back into integration and alignment with the conscious breathing part of ourselves.
We’ve detached or buried these parts of ourselves as they hold deep trauma or wounding from either previous or alternate existences. So, while we work to heal any wound or trauma held in our previous lives, we must also expand our awareness to include experiences that we may be having in alternate realities that are still happening. This manifests itself as patterns or wounds that continually show themselves to us. We think we’ve cleared something, but before we know it, its baaaaaack.
We’ve ingeniously hid these parts of ourselves. Now is the time to seek them out, release what they are holding that does not serve us and integrate them into our physical experience.
Every characteristic of our personality is an aspect of us. These aspects are living breathing beings and have a HUGE impact on our ability to manifest, create, know, be and do.
With the veils of illusion and separation lifting, we are able to access these aspects a bit more easily. They are the higher aspects of ourselves from the planets and star systems - Sirius, the Pleiades, Venus, Arcturus, Andromeda, Orion, Chiron - just to name a few. They are also known as Archangels.
They are held within our chakra system and the effect they have on our lives relates to which chakra they are held in. Some of these aspects that have a greater impact in our lives are parallel selves. These ones are directly relate to our purpose, place and mission while we are on the earth plane.
Seek these ones out, and it will be as though the lights have been turned on. We will be much more expanded; our gifts and creative power will begin to flow more easily. We will have greater clarity and open our hearts more profoundly. As we journey through this process and integrate more aspects of ourselves we begin to know ourselves as multidimensional rather than know that we are multidimensional which is a beautiful shift in consciousness.
As these ones live in dimensions without duality, it is extremely difficult for them to ground here on the earth plane because of the denseness and duality here.
This is what creates us to feel not safe, that we don’t belong; we’re not sure why we’re here. Bringing these ones into integration creates us to feel at home and completely comfortable in our being and in our hearts.
With all the light work that is being done on the planet, there has been enough of a shift on the earth plane so that these parts of us are now able to begin to ground within our being with out fear.
It is the ancient memory of fear that creates these ones not to want to integrate. The more we are able to bring them into beingness, the more love and light we bring to the planet and this is a key to how Mother Earth will complete her ascension process.
As we become whole, we lose our density to be the radiant multidimensional beings of love and light that we know ourselves to be. That love and light pushes the fear, duality and denseness off the planet as this is also a process to help clear the collective consciousness of humanity.
Our journey home to our heart is complete when we have grounded our soul aspects and parallel lives through all of the Earth’s dimensions for completeness, wholeness and contentment.
When we know this, we know Source, the creation of all that is within us – Ecstasy and Enlightenment.

YOU'RE ALL HEART KID
Many of us have been experiencing Initiations of the Heart – whether it be our physical hearts, emotional hearts or mental hearts. We are being called to open our hearts more deeply and peel through another layer of belief systems we may be holding; particularly those of cynicsm and judgement.
I know, I know – been there, done that we “think”. It isn’t that we haven’t been peeling through these layers, but we must also expand our consciousness to understand that all of our subtle bodies have a heart just as our physical body does. Our ascension or enlightenment BEGINS with our opening up and integrating 12 of our subtle bodies and here they are in order –
Our Soul Body
Our Ancestral Body
Our Physical Body
Our Etheric Body
Our Emotional Body
Our Mental Body
Our Spirit Body
Our Archangelic Body
Our Celestial Body
Our Christ Angelic Body
Our Christ Archangelic Body
Our Christ Master Body
Each and everyone one of the bodies are aspects of our heart. As our spirit body lives in our heart center or heart chakra and as we are continually pushed to open this chakra, we are able to open to our higher subtle bodies and higher consciousness until abra cadabra and A LOT of hard work – we reach enlightenment and we go back to our everyday lives……………
All of our learning is now coming through our heart initiations. What we read in books or classes we attend are great for accumulating knowledge, but our transformation, ascended consciousness and ascension is being taught to us by our Divine Presence through our heart – so holding the consciousness that EVERYTHING is an initiation of the heart is the first key to navigating these tricky waters.
Our first order of business is to embrace and open our heart to whatever situation we are presented with. After we peel ourselves off the floor from that minor feat, we are then able to go more deeply into our heart centers for our learning or teaching as to what this initiation represents to us and receive the guidance and assistance to move through our current creation. Yes you read that correctly, we are creating our heart initiations based on what our soul is calling forth for the highest expression of growth and learning. Not to punish ourselves or make things more difficult than they need to be. If you’re like me you may have a difficult time wrapping your consciousness around that one – I would NEVER create THIS situation (or would I……hmmmm).
Rather than jump into action or React to a situation, we are now called to stop, breathe, drop our consciousness into our heart and BE rather than DO anything. Allow all of the feelings and emotions to flow through you and flow through your heart – Acknowledge the fear and resistance that will inevitably come up when we first begin this practice. By allowing the vibrations to flow through us we are then able to transcend them for it is our fear that holds them in our physical body, subtle body and cellular memory – as we allow fear and resistance (another word for fear) to flow, we are now greater than any vibration, and we can easily allow any vibration to move through us without having to discern is this good or bad, do I embrace it or ward it off – that has been an exhausting process that many of us have been running with on the hamster wheel. The key to create this is a shift in our consciousness that our Presence is Divine and greater than any vibration that moves through it.
We are then gifted with more clarity and a deeper understanding of what is before us and how best to move through it.
What about the Unlovables
We all have people in our lives that we consider unlovable – no matter how hard we try they just trigger our hearts to want to shut them out – So how do we keep our hearts open around these beings? First, we open our hearts to the concept that to someone else, WE are “an unlovable” – FEEL that in your heart and it’s a bit easier to release any unloving thoughts about someone else.
Another key is to take the EMOTION out of LOVE – we’re banging our head against the wall and feeling like failures when we try to constantly be in a place of actively loving everyone – it’s really hard work as it doesn’t flow naturally for us – at least not yet anyway, but if we can just take ourselves of the hook, detach from feeling that we HAVE TO LOVE this person, that in itself is a very loving thing we can do for ourselves and for others – it is easier to act in a LOVING WAY as this is our natural state. Holding our heart open, wishing no harm to come to another and being the gentlest soul that we know ourselves to be is how we transcend our conflict with the unlovable. Don’t expect to feel the same way about your spouse, children, family, close friends etc. as every person that may cross your path – we will all get there, but allow the path to unfold before you taking the smaller steps everyday prepares us for the giant leap in Divine Perfect Timing
Our Wounded Inner Child
Another aspect of the heart initiation that humanity is now working on is transforming the Orphan Child to the Divine Child. We are all, of course, Divine Children, however, many of us still hold the heartache or wounding of the Orphaned child which creates issues that go much deeper than fear of abandonment or low self worth, and low self esteem. This wound is a direct reflection of the veil of illusion we hold surrounding our wound or belief in separation from Source or our Creator. As this is really the ONLY relationship we have, all of our relationships are a reflection of this heartache.
Once again, we are called to drop our consciousness into our heart and call to the Divine Child within us to be awakened, ask that if you are holding this veil of illusion that it be lifted and ASK for Divine Union/Reunion with your Source and Creator. We may have to do it as a short meditation on a regular basis for a while. Create a positive consciousness around this and call to the Divine child to awaken and for Union with your Source and Creator, rather than feeling the need to “release” anything or wound. Allow the Divinity of the Divine Child to expand your heart and consciousness so that any lower expressions are naturally transmuted.
Bringing in the higher consciousness of our heart, is our learning to create and manifest though a fifth or sixth dimensional consciousness. The gift is as we embrace, allow and open the higher consciousness of our hearts, we are infinitely more connected with the universal energies and laws of attraction; we EXPERIENCE union with our Source/Creater and Divine Presence which allows us to manifest our HEART’s desire.

Each and everyone one of the bodies are aspects of our heart. As our spirit body lives in our heart center or heart chakra and as we are continually pushed to open this chakra, we are able to open to our higher subtle bodies and higher consciousness until abra cadabra and A LOT of hard work – we reach enlightenment and we go back to our everyday lives……………
All of our learning is now coming through our heart initiations. What we read in books or classes we attend are great for accumulating knowledge, but our transformation, ascended consciousness and ascension is being taught to us by our Divine Presence through our heart – so holding the consciousness that EVERYTHING is an initiation of the heart is the first key to navigating these tricky waters.
Our first order of business is to embrace and open our heart to whatever situation we are presented with. After we peel ourselves off the floor from that minor feat, we are then able to go more deeply into our heart centers for our learning or teaching as to what this initiation represents to us and receive the guidance and assistance to move through our current creation. Yes you read that correctly, we are creating our heart initiations based on what our soul is calling forth for the highest expression of growth and learning. Not to punish ourselves or make things more difficult than they need to be. If you’re like me you may have a difficult time wrapping your consciousness around that one – I would NEVER create THIS situation (or would I……hmmmm).
Rather than jump into action or React to a situation, we are now called to stop, breathe, drop our consciousness into our heart and BE rather than DO anything. Allow all of the feelings and emotions to flow through you and flow through your heart – Acknowledge the fear and resistance that will inevitably come up when we first begin this practice. By allowing the vibrations to flow through us we are then able to transcend them for it is our fear that holds them in our physical body, subtle body and cellular memory – as we allow fear and resistance (another word for fear) to flow, we are now greater than any vibration, and we can easily allow any vibration to move through us without having to discern is this good or bad, do I embrace it or ward it off – that has been an exhausting process that many of us have been running with on the hamster wheel. The key to create this is a shift in our consciousness that our Presence is Divine and greater than any vibration that moves through it.
We are then gifted with more clarity and a deeper understanding of what is before us and how best to move through it.
What about the Unlovables
We all have people in our lives that we consider unlovable – no matter how hard we try they just trigger our hearts to want to shut them out – So how do we keep our hearts open around these beings? First, we open our hearts to the concept that to someone else, WE are “an unlovable” – FEEL that in your heart and it’s a bit easier to release any unloving thoughts about someone else.
Another key is to take the EMOTION out of LOVE – we’re banging our head against the wall and feeling like failures when we try to constantly be in a place of actively loving everyone – it’s really hard work as it doesn’t flow naturally for us – at least not yet anyway, but if we can just take ourselves of the hook, detach from feeling that we HAVE TO LOVE this person, that in itself is a very loving thing we can do for ourselves and for others – it is easier to act in a LOVING WAY as this is our natural state. Holding our heart open, wishing no harm to come to another and being the gentlest soul that we know ourselves to be is how we transcend our conflict with the unlovable. Don’t expect to feel the same way about your spouse, children, family, close friends etc. as every person that may cross your path – we will all get there, but allow the path to unfold before you taking the smaller steps everyday prepares us for the giant leap in Divine Perfect Timing
Our Wounded Inner Child
Another aspect of the heart initiation that humanity is now working on is transforming the Orphan Child to the Divine Child. We are all, of course, Divine Children, however, many of us still hold the heartache or wounding of the Orphaned child which creates issues that go much deeper than fear of abandonment or low self worth, and low self esteem. This wound is a direct reflection of the veil of illusion we hold surrounding our wound or belief in separation from Source or our Creator. As this is really the ONLY relationship we have, all of our relationships are a reflection of this heartache.
Once again, we are called to drop our consciousness into our heart and call to the Divine Child within us to be awakened, ask that if you are holding this veil of illusion that it be lifted and ASK for Divine Union/Reunion with your Source and Creator. We may have to do it as a short meditation on a regular basis for a while. Create a positive consciousness around this and call to the Divine child to awaken and for Union with your Source and Creator, rather than feeling the need to “release” anything or wound. Allow the Divinity of the Divine Child to expand your heart and consciousness so that any lower expressions are naturally transmuted.
Bringing in the higher consciousness of our heart, is our learning to create and manifest though a fifth or sixth dimensional consciousness. The gift is as we embrace, allow and open the higher consciousness of our hearts, we are infinitely more connected with the universal energies and laws of attraction; we EXPERIENCE union with our Source/Creater and Divine Presence which allows us to manifest our HEART’s desire.

A New Dawn, A New Day, A New Year, A New Decade, A New Earth, A New World
Ahhh, 2010 has a nice ring to it, doesn’t it? We have arrived at the dawn of a new day, a new year, a new decade, a new earth and a new world.
And it’s been a world of fun getting here hasn’t it???? My sense is that the fun will not only continue but escalate. It is truly time to utilize all that we’ve activated, initiated and integrated within ourselves in our every day experiences. There is no longer a separation between spiritual lives or spiritual practice and our work or family lives. This is the first key for moving through this next period of ascension.
A few other inspirations for the coming year:
Standing On The Truth
This year, we will see an acceleration of that which is not built on truth, honor and integrity crumble. This will take place on a large scale in the world as well as in every part of our lives and what we create in our own world – even down to our thought forms. We are being called to create with absolute purity so that whatever we create will be able to support us. We must not only be able to stand on it, but jump up and down on it AND take a nap on it……We now resonate in an expanded frequency so that anything that is not created in this way will be able to sustain itself.
Exhibitionism at its Finest
We are all being called to fully expose ourselves down to that little pocket of our consciousness that we share with NOONE. We hold some fear and distrust in this pocket and all we need to do is bring more love to it. It is not meant to be an invasion of privacy or to make us feel uncomfortable like we have to sing a karaoke song in front of a hostile audience, rather it is meant to allow us to receive more love from those around us. Let the walls come down. This brings us to the next inspiration:
Let The Emotions FLOWWWWWWWWWWWW
We are Love and Light. Love is an emotion. Within the emotion of Love there are many frequencies of it – bliss, joy, peace, happiness, grace, forgiveness, trust and surrender, etc. There are also many frequencies of fear such as anger, hatred, shame, jealousy, distrust, rage, hostility etc.
We are being called to allow all of our emotions to flow so they may be puirfied by the Love vibration as we are fully aligned and become the essence of love. It doesn’t matter what the emotion is, much inner work is being done on the fear based emotions so they are transmuted and not held in any pockets of our consciousness. It’s no easy task going from two emotions to one – so take your time, and be gentle with yourself . This connects us to the next inspiration:
The Void
So what takes the place of all of the emotions? The Void. Some consider the void to be an empty space, hollowness or an abyss. It is and it isn’t. In that abyss of complete darkness is the voidal energy which is pure love. If we allow ourselves to bask in the void, we will begin to be able to feel beyond the nothingness into everythingness, we will begin to feel the power of the extraordinary energy of Love that is the voidal energy.
We have been so programmed to constantly fill any void that we may feel within ourselves. We may express this in various ways such as excessive shopping or overeating, it is an expression of materialism and it also is part of what creates our addictions – as addictions are something we are not able to let go of, they fill a void somewhere in us. If we allow our emotions to flow so they are transmuted to love and allow ourselves to be FILLED with the void, it will help us to overcome whatever our addiction may be. Don’t try to fill the void, allow the void to fill you. Our creations will then be made manifest in truth, honor, integrity and purity – (see above). In order for us to experience success in any and every part of our lives, our creations must be fully aligned with our heart. Allowing ourselves to experience the void will bring us clarity and alignment with our heart, our truth.
Simple Made Easy
The spiritual path and ascension path is purely simple, and anything but easy! We will continually be nudged to keep it simple, know what we truly NEED and what do we want to CREATE for the happiness, well being, fulfillment our soul and spirit, our brothers and sisters, and the planet.
The Lifting of the Veils and Help from Other Dimensions
Beyond all else, know that we are not alone. We will be making beautiful connections with each other to truly help each other along the way. We will have great comfort, love and joy in receiving help from our higher aspects and non physical beings of full consciousness. We are being so lovingly guided through this process, the more we can remember to be in gratitude, the greater our connection, the more veils of illusion will be lifted and we will definitively know ourselves as beings of full consciousness of Love and Light, the true Radiant ones that we are.
