GOOD NIGHT IRENE

“Goodnight Irene, Goodnight Irene, I’ll see you in my dreams” is how the song goes, although to many of us, Irene is now a looming nightmare as we wait to see where and when she will land, with how much power and fury and what, if any devastation she will leave in her wake.

No matter how “spiritually evolved” we consider ourselves to be, we are not exempt from the power of Mother Nature that shakes the core of our survival instinct not only for ourselves, but for our family, friends and loved ones as well.

While we take all of the physical precautions we need to against the storm, we may also choose to consider this as an opportunity to expand our consciousness around this upcoming “event”

We may begin this consciousness shift by first welcoming her into our open hearts. Express gratitude to her for the work she is doing. The healing, clearing, purification and transformational energy she brings with her. Rather than trying to control or push her in one direction or another or push her away altogether, honor her divine purpose and her mission.

To honor the fury, anger, rage and destruction she is holding; and to acknowledge our responsibility for this event as she is manifesting the anger, rage, and hostility of our own thoughtforms. The thoughtforms or actions of our self destruction that she is manifesting can be seen as a reflection of the cycle of creation and destruction; also known as death and rebirth or karma that humanity lives by.


To embrace and hold her in unconditional love to release all that fury in a way that does not bring harm or devastation to humanity. To work in harmony with her giving her and ourselves permission to gently let go of all that is keeping us feeling suppressed or oppressed. All that we’ve kept bottled up that is now exploding in the form of a Hurricane within each and every one of us. To release with the pure intention of being aligned with the Ascension of Mother Earth and being At One With All Of Life.

Drop your consciousness into your core, your heart center and connect with the eye or heart center of the storm. Feel the peace and love that is there. Expand your heart center and those vibrations of peace and love will expand the eye of the storm with those same vibrations thereby dissipating the rage and fury of the wind and the rain.

To feel love and not be afraid. To know that the more fear we hold, the more dense and defensive we are and that will be reflected in Irene.

Honor that this is part of our learning and teaching how to be in harmony with nature and Mother Earth no matter how she presents herself. It is part of our being educated to navigate our way through the upcoming earth changes and the ascension process.

To know the part of ourselves that Irene is reflecting to us and bring that gently into our hearts, is what we are being called to experience.

Allow yourself to feel her gratitude to you for seeing her divinity for seeing who she is and what her purpose is on a higher level of consciousness. Allow yourself to be embraced by her to feel the love and peace she is holding in the core of her being.

Allow yourself to be held by her in unconditional love and she will transmute all that does not serve us gently, easily and gracefully.

Good Night Irene, Sweet Dreams Irene, May we all sleep peacefully in the arms of All That Is.

ALIEN NATION = ALIENATION

As the ascension of mother earth and humanity accelerates, we can expect to experience more of who we are. While we’ve been “waiting” for this for such a very long time, it can be a bit scary and overwhelming even though it is very exciting.

We have come to know ourselves as human beings from Planet Earth and our physicality is fairly uniform. As we begin to know more of who we are, we are also beginning to get a glimmer of where we are from and our form may be quite different.

I was recently blessed with a very powerful experience of “visiting home” during my dream state the other night. While I have no conscious remembrance of exactly where “home” was (other than I needed A LOT of help to get back here because I didn’t leave a trail of Reese’s® Pieces behind me!) how I felt is embedded deep within the core of me. It is a feeling of supreme completeness and peace that I have never felt as purely or profoundly during my “tenure” in this incarnation.

These experiences, blissful as they can be, also stir within us the knowing that many of us aren’t from here and we begin to understand how far away from home we really are. It brings up feelings of isolationism and alienation as we fully comprehend that we may really be Aliens! Even though home may very well be one of the dimensions of the inner earth, we still feel like strangers in a strange land living on the surface of the planet. This may be why each and every one of us holds a part of ourselves separate; the depth of our being that we can never fully share with anyone. It can also cause us to feel self-conscious, defensive and disconnected at times as at first contact, parts of us may seem strange even to ourselves.

As we begin to travel back and forth more regularly and more consciously, the perceived distance will begin to fade as we are able to expertly navigate our way back and forth. We will experience these trips more consciously and know all of our multi-dimensional gifts that we use effortlessly such as our telepathy, clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, bilocation, etc. We will also begin to integrate our galactic and universal aspects and streams of consciousness which may look and feel very different from anything than we’ve experienced so far.

Within humanity, there is a fear held within our core making us wary of “Aliens”. It is due to our state of semi-consciousness moving into full consciousness that we at first do not recognize another or a part of another that may have originated in a different place. No matter how asleep any one of us may seem, we know exactly who each and everyone of us are etherically. All of the movies and TV shows that portray ETs and Alien invasion as evil and destructive is the manifestation of that consciousness of fear.

This is held in the collective consciousness of humanity no matter where our original home may be. There is a fundamental distrust due to ancient wounding and trauma that we are all being called to forgive and bring love to.

Our evolution can be witnessed and measured by the multi-cultural awareness that is being created in our world today. Our technology has made our world much smaller in terms of our accessibility to each other.

While there was a time where there was little interaction between different countries and their countrymen, that is no longer the case. For the most part we travel freely and migrate to different parts of the world and integrate our culture into where we are and the culture of where we are into our being. This is a microcosm of our ascension. To see and embrace our “human” counterparts beyond our cultural, racial or religious differences is our training to embrace our brothers and sistars from whatever planet, galaxy, universe or star system they are from without fear and with the full knowing that we are all of one Source.

We will come to know there is a part of us in each and every one of the earth dimensions and celestial realms as we claim our multi-dimensionality and let go of our attachment to everything we feel we need to define who we are or that we need to validate our divine nature.

Our evolution will ask us to embrace each other with unconditional love, honoring that there is a stream of our consciousness that lives in the same place they are from and a stream of their consciousness that lives in the same place we are from. To allow ourselves to give and receive all that we are freely without fear is what creates the frequency of home. The absence of this frequency leaves us feeling bereft and alienated in our life here.

Our ability to be at one with all that is. To give ourselves permission to surrender to that at-one-ment and allow the experience, the feeling and the expression rather than just the intellectual knowing is the way we will finally feel at home here or wherever we may choose to embody as we complete our journey of ascension.

Home truly is where the open heart of humanity lies

LET'S GET PHYSICAL

Bringing Spirit into matter is what matters. Bringing spirit into the heart of the matter is what matters most.

We are in a cycle of completion within THE cycle of completion, as we are now called to manifest ourselves as fully conscious beings residing in the material world.

Our completion has been pushing us to purge, clean out, and let go of old stories and attachments. While many of us are space clearing our homes, we are also being called to space clear our physical and subtle bodies.

Just as we are cleaning out our homes and donating old clothing, and décor that no longer resonates with us, we are also being challenged to donate all of our spiritual learning. The books we’ve read, the classes and workshops we’ve taken, the retreats we’ve attended, and the attunements and illuminations we’ve received. Donate all of it to Mother Earth. Allow her to receive it, take whatever she needs for her own healing and ascension and then share it with the rest of humanity that will benefit from it.

Not to just ground what we’ve experienced into mother earth but to give it to her fully and completely. Allow her to take it from us as one of our burdens. What was our burden, is a beautiful gift that she will use to heal herself and distribute to humanity as it is needed and to who needs it in divine and perfect order.

Holding on to our spiritual work, wearing it like a badge of honor is only limiting us. It’s like carrying it all in a book bag that’s too heavy. If we define ourselves by all that we’ve done or learned, we can reach burn out (For anyone that has ever uttered the words: “I’m DONE with spiritual school). It will always be part of what we’ve experienced, but we don’t need it anymore. More importantly all that we’ve learned has served us in so many ways and brought us to a more “enlightened” state of being. As we become clear vessels, aligned with our Divinity, we are able to receive higher teachings, attunements and illuminations from the Masters and from our Divine Presence.

When we are in alignment with our Divine Presence and Divine Will, we receive more easily, with less resistance. That defines our current position in the ascension process.

I don’t know that we’ll ever be done with spiritual school, but we are now able to receive, create with what we’ve received and receive more.

We now have pure, expanded, vibrationally upgraded vehicles to begin a whole new learning experience to receive higher levels of learning, experiences, attunements and illuminations.

We are now able to shift our vibration between dimensions easily to attune to whatever situation is in front of us and integrate our higher dimensional consciousness to create in a whole new way.

These experiences will be filled with grace rather than karma, as we continually release all that we receive to mother earth to keep our vehicles clear for greater receptivity. For part of our wanting to hold on even to our spiritual work creates density within our energy systems and our physical bodies – as much of what we have learned is now obsolete for us.

With pure intention and full consciousness, surrender all to our beloved Earth Mother. Through our service we have already integrated this work and are giving it to her in the right and perfect form and frequency to be utilized in the highest way for our brothers and sistars in different stages of awakening and she is truly grateful to us for this. It is what we have been called to do for this part of our journey which is now complete.

Physical activity plays a key role in this process as we physically interact with Mother Earth in whatever form we choose, we are acknowledging our oneness with her and giving her the best that we’ve got.

Through our physicality – exercise, gardening, dancing, yoga, etc. we ground our higher levels of consciousness into our physical bodies. As we continue to embody more of our enlightened selves, we become more grounded on the earth and we are becoming more visible.

A few days ago, I was in our local market. As I made my way through the store, 3 different people at 3 different times almost walked right into me. I clearly heard “they can’t see you”.

If you’ve had any difficulty manifesting throughout this ascension journey, it is partly because there hasn’t been enough of you present in your physical body to manifest. We really couldn’t see you.

We’ve been off collecting our soul extensions that we’ve abandoned along the way and bringing ourselves back into oneness. Physical exercise is how we fully embody our Presence to create our heart dreams and manifest the life we know we can create.

Now that we are going to be seen, heard and felt, physical exercise is critical for those of us who have expanded more than just our consciousness during our sabbatical from the material plane. ; )

We are also called to express our gratitude to those who have held the material world together and allowed us to focus our attention on our evolution and ascension. Yes, we are bridges and yes we’ve been grounding the frequencies and attunements to Mother Earth as part of our service. But our soul family here in the material plane that has kept steady with their work, and recreation without spiritual practice, have been holding the space for us and keeping this material plane intact.

We may have pondered why their lives seemed so easy and normal while we’ve been on such a spiritual roller coaster and not understanding why we were faced with such great challenges. It was a soul agreement. They would hold this world intact while we did our spiritual work and we would then share all that we received and fully ground our Presence.

The more we are here in Presence, the more we allow these great souls to begin to open to their divinity and potential; to embody their Divine Presence. This will create more of the old structures and paradigms will fall away.

Physical activity is how we bring spirit into matter and spirit into the heart of the matter. It is how we prepare ourselves for our higher levels of learning, integrating our multi-dimensional streams of consciousness and transcend any limitations we may still be holding in our consciousness. In other words, Ascension in Physical Form.

How Does Your Garden Grow?

Within our multi-dimensional nature sits many dimensions of our heart. Each subtle body, each aspect or part of our monad holds a multi-faceted dimensional heart. There are light filaments that create a grid system or matrix that connect our heart system within our own being and connects us to the One Heart of All That Is.

Within each of these dimensional heart matrixes lie seeds that have been planted throughout our lifetimes and experiences of all our incarnations. There are seeds of love and fear, peace and distrust, anger and forgiveness, resistance and courage, grace and cynicism; just to name a few. As you can imagine, the list goes on and on for as many feelings, emotions or streams of consciousness that we can attach to these seeds.

Which seeds we choose to nourish and nurture through our free will, create not only our reality, but direct our path of learning and growing. When we nourish love, we grow and learn with love. When we nourish fear, we allow the fear to grow and learn through fear. These seeds are in full resonance with the Universal Laws of Reflection and Attraction.

When we feed the seeds of fear, distrust, anger, revenge, etc. , the light filaments contract so it is more difficult for us to feel and experience our connection to the other dimensions of our heart and our connection to the One Heart of All That is. Conversely when we feed the seeds of love, joy, peace and harmony the light filaments expand to open to receive more, and open to the greater connections of our highest truth and potential.

It is not to treat the seeds of fear and distrust as weeds and “pull them out”. It is to honor that we have planted these seeds as part of our learning and growing. And to honor all that they have brought to us for our evolution.

It is to use our free will to consciously choose which seeds we focus on to either enhance or diminish our growth and learning. This is the pathway to create in group consciousness within your own being and to open fully to your multi-dimensional nature.
Know that the more aspects, extensions and monad that you integrate, the more seeds you will be nurturing as each part holds memory or attachment to stories of all that it has experienced.

As we evolve, we grow in awareness to all that we are feeling and deeply explore not only what we are feeling but why and where it is coming from. To do this with self love and non-judgement will allow us to grow the seeds that will allow us to transcend the fear and resistance.

The last key we wish to share with you Dear Ones, is that within all of our creation one seed that does not exist, is the seed of perfection. For it is when we are seeking to grow in perfection or to be perfect that we are actually feeding the seed of resistance.
Resistance to the parts of us that are unknown or that we may not be comfortable embracing. It is these unknown parts that allow us to continually grow and to grow comfortable living in the mystery of all that is and all that we are that is our greatest learning here.

To honor the perfection of each moment, of the individual and the collective, the good and the bad; the dark and the light is to feed the seeds that will bring you the greatest joy, love and expansion of your most beautiful and magnificent multi-dimensional, universal heart matrix.

RESPONSE ABILITY

The Universal Laws of reflection and attraction tell us that we must take responsibility for that which is put in front of us. Taking responsibility brings us to the awareness of what is unresolved within us so that we may bring it into the one heart.

The problem, however, is that the word responsibility holds a low frequency and vibration. It holds the consciousness of “burdensome obligation” and triggers old programs and wounds surrounding our having to take responsibility or take on the burdens of not only lifting our own consciousness but the collective consciousness as well. It feels as though we are being pressured to do a lot of heavy lifting without any real support or direction.

A very simple tool to shift this is to change responsibility to RESPONSE ABILITY – our ability to respond with love, forgiveness, compassion and gratitude. RESPONSE ABILITY has a much higher frequency. It is spontaneous and in the moment. It does not carry the old baggage of responsibility. RESPONSE ABILITY is empowering us to love what is in front of us without attachment to any story of event of how it got there. It is purely and simply a gift from the universe and our own God Presence for our growth and evolution.

RESPONSE ABILITY is an empowerment as it solidifies the consciousness that we are ABLE to RESPOND through our own free will and choice with our more expanded levels of awareness thereby creating the highest outcomes for ourselves. As we align ourselves with our innate ability to respond with a higher consciousness, we seed more light on the planet and spread that light throughout humanity for others to respond as they choose. As we embrace this consciousness in a sincere and heartfelt way, not through our minds and our personalities, we will physically feel our frequency and vibration shift and our hearts open to a new level.

By taking responsibility for how we RESPOND to our life situations we are able to manipulate, shape shift or create the desired outcome.

While our ego and personality may resist this process, humility diffuses the resistance and fear our ego and personality use as “protective” shields so we don’t have to look at or deal with that which may be painful or challenging.

Humility, is our ability to stay in good humor, good nature, our natural state of divine perfection; lest we take ourselves too seriously. By embracing humility or good humor it not only magnifies our own good nature or natural state of divine perfection, it allows us to see it easily and with more clarity for others as well.

Humility tells us that yes, while we are working our asses off to help “the shift” to happen, many have come before us and many will come after us in the same name of unconditional love. It is when we are truly able to respond with unconditional love to All That Is, that the shift will be aligned throughout humanity.

As we hold great reverence for ascension, and continually try to raise our consciousness, frequency and vibration; we must also detach from our ascent since we’re not really going anywhere are we? We are hesitant to embrace and revere descension for it arises in us the fear and resistance of old programming of our descent into hell.

Another opportunity for cosmic manipulation – know that it is only when our God-Presence descends and fully embodies our consciousness and personality that we have arrived at full consciousness. Neither ascension nor descenion as an end result. Each one is only to bring us into wholeness and at one ment.

This releases us from limited consciousness of up being good and down being bad; and beyond that from the whole concept of “measurement” in a linear understanding or time frame. The opposition of the words and their meanings are only to bring balance, harmony and time to integrate. For example, expansion and contraction – expansion is our state of doing and sharing ourselves while contraction is our state of being within and receiving. One is not greater than or less than the other, we need both to be in balance and harmony with our true nature.

We are ready to embody (bring into our physical bodies) our divine nature. Universal Spirit is encouraging us to align our vibration with our divinity through not only the words we choose to speak but the consciousness that we attach to them. As these words vibrate through our chakras and into our subtle bodies, we have the opportunity to be in alignment with our divine, sovereign and full God-Consciousness to create the shift into the fifth dimension through our own physical being, and share ourselves with joy, grace and unconditional love.

The Council of Cosmic Manipulation

We all work on councils of light serving the Divine Plan. For most of us that work takes place while we are asleep with little or no awareness of the council we are working with or the work we are doing.

My most recent spiritual study has brought me to not only receive which councils I serve on but also to begin to consciously work with them bringing greater awareness to my personal growth.

So, imagine my complete SHOCK when, the other day while doing some planet healing and galaxy hopping; AND being very careful to only connect with that which is divine in nature, pure and in the highest integrity, I heard myself saying “The Council of Cosmic Manipulation” .

Being overjoyed with the opportunity for yet another spiritual tailspin, I really did not know what to make of this. While I do try to live consciously and with integrity, this could be a really good excuse as to why certain aspects of my life aren’t they way I would like them to be. The lives we lightworkers live are peaceful and easy right? I must be miscreating on some level and must immediately take responsibility for it, love those aspects of myself, yada, yada, yada.

These council members must be the corrupt politicians, governments, greedy big business, defense contractors that make their money from war or the threat of war; businesses that pollute the environment; leaders of nations that keep people suppressed and oppressed. Truly the dark side. The very thing we lightworkers came to overthrow in the name of Light Divine. And all the while, here is a part of me pitching for the wrong team………..

Not only did I believe this, not only did I know it, I was certain of it.

Ummm, Guess What

As I was plummeting headfirst in this downward spiral of my most recent tailspin; it was suggested to me that I connect with the oversouling Masters of this Council and ask what their prime directive is – I really wish I would have thought of that myself, but guess what…….

As this journey with the council unfolded, I was immediately aware of and actually felt how the solid belief system I associated with this council has created polarity and duality deeply within my being. I held shame believing that this group was part of the evil elite, the very thing lightworkers are trying to defeat and that there will definitely be pay back (karma). It was so easy for me to “own” the councils I work with that I believe serve the divine , but this has shown me the conflict and separation within my own being. And, how by holding this I am not able to fully surrender to myself and God-Presence.

It was also clearly apparent that it is by not embracing all parts of myself that limit my ability to manifest and create self-sabotage; not the councils I serve on.

I will say, though, that there was something very liberating about being part of this council. It completely threw any hint of “perfectionism” out the window and made me realize how hard on ourselves we really are. Out the window with perfectionism also goes judgment since “perfect” is a judgment anyway.

Here’s what I initially received from the council: “This Council was created to facilitate the awakening of humanity. Those in the deepest slumbers of separation and duality as well as those who have begun the process and are still waking up to all parts of themselves. (I can’t imagine WHO they are talking about, AND now I also have to let go of the belief that Ascended Masters are above taking pot shots).

The creations of this council are to allow a deeper understanding of “manipulation” and to create whatever emotion is needed for the awakening into divinity and oneness. It is a catalystic council for change, growth and evolution. Teaching us to change energy by changing perceptions. It is a council to suggest embracing the light and dark within ourselves and within all of us. It urges us not to bring the darkness into the light, but to bring the darkness into balance with the light as they both serve the divine equally.

OK, so maybe this council isn’t so bad afterall……

By understanding the beliefs I held, I was able to open my heart to this council, to myself and receive the lesson. With great love and honor of serving on this council, I share their message:

It is the word manipulation that we ask you to consider Beloved One. The negative consciousness that this one word holds can create anger and hostility within the hearts of humanity.

An artist manipulates clay or canvas and a sculptor manipulates marble or stone to create beautiful paintings, pottery, statues – masterpiece works of art.

When they bring their heart vision, their passion to that which is in front of them, they do not see the current form which may be “ugly” or non-descript to others. They see the highest outcome; that which they know they can create.

They see the infinite possibilities. Their hearts and consciousness are expanded. They manipulate or shape shift that which is in front of them. They bring a pure heart to the divinely inspired streams of consciousness of their manipulation.

This expression of creation brings this manipulation into its highest form. It opens up the pathways so that the Universe, The Family of Light and the Company of Heaven and Earth are in alignment with this co-creation and supports it unconditionally.

We bring this to you, Dear Heart, and ask you to look at your consciousness around just the word manipulation and how that limits your creations, your expressions, your ability to manifest.

By elevating the consciousness and frequency of your language, the words that are spoken and “manipulating” them to raise in vibration it will serve you and humanity to change your world, to elevate the frequency and vibration of the planet and the cosmos.

Consider also the word negative. Rather than meaning doubtful, when a medical test result is negative, it brings much joy does it not?

We ask you to consider these words within your vocabulary; to bring them to their highest potential to shift all that is not considered to be in its highest form in your heart and in your mind.

Bring this consciousness to what you read in your newspapers, to what you hear on television and even what your politicians are saying. Even if they are not speaking the truth; you will hear the truth beyond what words are expressed and no longer will anyone be able to hide behind a hidden agenda.

This assignment, to find the higher meaning of your words will manipulate your world and your outcomes to create in the highest way.

Each word we speak has its own frequency and vibration. That vibration may either raise or lower the frequency held in our physical form and in our subtle bodies. Bring the highest frequency and consciousness to your words and it will hold you in a higher state of being.

This council specifically chose to be called the Council of Cosmic Manipulation to stir all that was stirred in you Beloved, to bring you in to the heart of the consciousness and this lesson.

To create awareness how our thoughts and words not only affect your individual world but the cosmos as well; to bring all into at-one-ment and unity consciousness.

We honor your God Prsence in service to this council. Know that you are wholly loved and supported in your work with us.

We will work with you to manipulate and shape shift your words, your outcomes, your life and your world as you have received the frequency of this lesson to share with others and use the process as a key in the ascension journey.

Cry Me A River

I was very moved by the number of emails I received the other day to participate in the world prayer to heal the waters in the nuclear power plant in Japan.

At the same time, it also stirred in me the aspect held within the collective consciousness of powerlessness. This event is stirring up many ancient memories among light workers who have participated in the ascension process before only to see their “efforts” result in absolute destruction and annihilation.

We are holding the consciousness in our hearts of “here we go again”. We’ve been sold a bill of goods with this Divine Plan concept and there’s really nothing behind it – we’re “sunk”. All that I’ve worked for, healed and experienced is for nothing!

There are aspects within ourselves that still hold disbelief that ascension has already occurred. They are not wholly convinced that we are now going through the course corrections to align ourselves with the end result.

This consciousness brings powerlessness to whatever prayer or ceremony in which we participate in an effort to heal the waters in Japan or whatever the current experience may be.

Bring these aspects that hold fear and separation into your heart center to be reunited through the one heart. Connect your heart and consciousness to the water in the nuclear plant, or the water that experienced the oil spill in the gulf. Connect that to the water in your own being – they are one in the same, there is no separation.

Consider the original intention for creating nuclear power – to be or to have the SUPREME power over everyone else. Forgive the water within your own being that has ever held the consciousness of overpowering another or holds fear and distrust around being overpowered; or does not believe that the SUPREME power is held within our very own hearts.

Fill the water within your being with the highest consciousness and concentrations of love, honor, truth and integrity so all toxic thought patterns not grounded in self love and self honoring are released.

Clearing our hearts, minds, souls, spirits and emotions within our own body of water with clear and powerful intention of equality and balance of our brothers and sisters will be a catalyst to healing that which is occurring in the world.

Allow yourself to merge your body of water with the bodies of water within Mother Earth. We don’t need to be on dry land to “ground” ourselves within the heart of our Earth Mother.

We all have aspects of ourselves that are water beings and are ready to be reunited through our hearts. These bodies of water within ourselves and within Mother Earth hold the grid systems, portals and gateways to bring our multi-dimensional, higher aspects of ourselves into wholeness and alignment within our physical being.

Allow the power of Love, Truth and Honor within each and every one of us, to bring us into wholeness and oneness as beings of Gentleness, Joy and Grace.

Our brothers and sisters in Japan and the nuclear power plant are bringing a great lesson to us so that we may truly own our own power and align that power to all other beings thereby creating the highest outcome as the divine plan continues to unfold as has already been decreed.

May we express our deep deep gratitude for this lesson and experience, and participate fully to bring it to the manifestation of the highest outcome.

Merging with God Presence

As our spiritual journey continues, we are continuously moved to meet ourselves, to meet all aspects of our being.

We are most needing to work with the parts of ourselves that hold the consciousness of separation from source through ancient memories, trauma or fear. Our task is to bring these parts into our heart temple with love and forgiveness so they may resolve their frequency to integrate in to the one heart of all that is. We are not called to release these aspects of ourselves, rather release the belief they hold in separation, fear or trauma, and release the cellular memory and karma that has been created due to their experience.

For these aspects are our greatest teachers. They teach us love, compassion, forgiveness, and to not be judgmental or critical.

We are now called to move into a deeper connection with all parts of ourselves. We share now that every thought is a reflection or aspect of a reflection wishing to be integrated whether that thought is filled with love or with fear. Beyond that we are also being called to bring EVERY person we meet into our heart temple to integrate them as an aspect of ourselves through the law of reflection. To bring all that is being reflected to us into oneness, unity and harmony. To know no separation of our brothers and sisters; or of heaven and earth.

I AM sharing this God-Presence prayer as it has been brought to MY attention, that up until now, that while we are bringing our aspects into our heart temple to be loved, forgiven and integrated, we’ve been doing it through our personality rather than through our God-Presence.

It is now time for us to acknowledge that a greater part of us has been integrated and enlightened than aspects we still hold with fear and separation. By calling in the enlightened aspects of ourselves, our God Presence, it its easier to work with the aspects of fear and separation – For once these parts meet the enlightened parts of ourselves they see their potential through the law of reflection. Once they are able to acknowledge themselves as enlightened beings at one with source, it is easier for them to let go of the beliefs, karma, wounding and trauma that has held them in separation.

Here is the prayer I received, which you may use or change to suit you.


I CALL FORTH TO ALL ENLIGHTENED PARTS OF MYSELF THAT LIVE FULLY IN THE LIGHT, LOVE AND POWER OF MOTHER FATHER GOD. I CALL FORTH TO ALL PARTS OF MYSELF WHO AT ANY TIME THROUGH ANY DIMENSION FOR ALL OF ETERNITY THAT HAVE EVER DENIED THEIR GOD-PRESENCE, THAT HAVE EVER DENIED THEMSELVES AS THE LIGHT LOVE AND POWER OF GOD-INCARNATE.

MAY ALL OF THESE PARTS NOW MERGE IN ONENESS, IN THE UNITY OF THE HOLY SPIRIT TO FULLY GROUND GOD PRESENCE THROUGH ALL ASPECTS, SOUL FRAGMENTS, SOUL EXTENSIONS AND PARALELL SELVES. MAY WE BE CALLED HOME INTO THE ONE HEART OF ALL THAT IS THROUGH THE POWER OF OUR HEART TEMPLE.

WE NOW CALL FORTH TO ALL ENGLIHTENED PARTS OF US TO JOIN IN FREQUENCY AND HARMONY WITH THOSE APSECTS THAT CONTINUE TO FEEL SEPARATE FROM THE ONE HEART; TO MERGE WITH THEM IN JOY, UNCONDITIONAL LOVE, FORGIVENESS AND GRACE. TO FLOOD THE UNIVERSAL LAWS THROUGH ALL PARTS SO THEY MEY FEEL THEIR WHOLENESS WITHIN THEMSELVES AND TO BE MADE FULLY WHOLE WITHIN THE ONE.

MAY THS CONTINUE UNTIL IT IS DONE; AND WHEN IT IS DONE MAY IT BE SEALED BY THE LIGHT AND LOVE OF MOTHER FATHER GOD FOR ALL ETERNITY. ONCE MADE WHOLE MAY THIS GOD PRESENCE MERGE IN GOD PRESENCE CONSCIOUSNESS, ONENESS, UNITY AND PERFECT RADIANT LOVE WITH GOD PRESENCE OF MY BROTHERS AND SISTERS OF HUMANITY TO SHARE THIS WHOLENESS WITH ALL BEINGS IN AND ON THE EARTH PLANE AND IN THE STARRY AND CELESTIAL REALMS.

MAY OUR HEARTS REMAIN OPEN TO ALL PARTS OF ALL THAT WE AS HUMANITY ARE WITH GRACE, LOVE AND COMPASSION.

WE NOW BREAK ANY VOWS OATHS CONTRACTS AND AGREEMENTS WE MAY HAVE MADE IN ANY TIME SPACE OR DIMENSION WHEN WE HAVE AT ANY TIME CONSCIOUSLY OR UNCONSCIOUSLY REVOKED OUR BELIEF IN OURSELVES AS GOD PRESENCE AND AS THE LOVE LIGHT AND POWER OF GOD INCARNATE.

WE CALL FORTH NOW TO THE PLATINUM RAY AND THE GOLD RAY TO FLOOD THE HIGHEST FREQUENCIES OF GOD CONSICOUSNESS TO PERMEATE ALL PARTS OF US AS HUMANITY; HEAVEN AND EARTH AS ONE BEING IN THE NAME OF MOTHER FATHER GOD
